Product quality: 1/10 Service: 10/10 I was planning to order 1000 units, but I decided to test the sample first (even though shipping alone cost me $72). Unfortunately, the product is very disappointing. The scent barely lasts 30 minutes. After spraying, you can only smell it if you put your nose right up to the shirt. The supplier claimed 30% concentration, but it doesn’t perform like it. That said, the service was excellent. Fast replies, clear communication, and fluent English. I had no issues dealing with the seller at all. Just a very poor product quality. Be careful with the good reviews. They seem fake or bots. I don’t recommend.

I sent the Company a sample of a fragrance I was trying to duplicate and they did a spectacular job matching the fragrance Delivery： The sample was delivered on time with no problems and a very good product. Quality： Excellent Service： Service was terrible, Shi Smith is a person that should not be trusted in business. A very unethical person. I received an estimate for my custom fragrance 2,500 ml with express shipping.  Just when I was ready to order Shi informed me of the Minimum Order Quantity suddenly rose to 5,000 pieces x 100ml. This was after I was quoted for the 2,500 ml quanity. If I had known about the 500,000 ml requirement upfront, I wouldn’t have placed an order for a custom fragrance. When I said that MOQ was to much,  Shi's response suggested using their pre-made scents instead of a custom perfume. Be cautious of bait-and-switch tactics when dealing with Shi Smith.
